Thanks to the Hainan Free Trade Port's duty-free policies, attendees of the expo will be able to enjoy an on-site duty-free shopping experience.

The International Pavilion will set up four exhibition areas, namely the Double Olympic Sports Culture Exhibition Area, International Exhibition Area, Smart Sports Exhibition Area, and Outdoor Sports Equipment Exhibition Area. The International Exhibition Area will welcome six countries including Brazil, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom to display their sports projects, sporting goods and special sports culture.

In addition, there will be a Comprehensive Experience Hall consisting of three parts: the Sports Equipment Exhibition Area, Sports Consumption Exhibition Area, and Sports for All Exhibition Area.

In order to improve the level of interactive display of sporting goods at the expo and attract more visitors, the organizer will hold a variety of sports events on-site, such as the National Open of Sports Dance, a paddle board competition, a three-person basketball challenge and a fancy dunk show.

Meanwhile, the expo will also host an FTP Sports Tourism Investment Promotion Conference and the 2021 Hainan Olympic Sports Science and Technology Forum. The conference will launch several Hainan sports tourism projects, while the forum, aiming to promote the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, will involve multiple discussions on art, humanities, science, and technology, and sports.
