Activities promoting Chinese agricultural brands kick off at Expo 2020 Dubai
A series of events aimed at promoting Chinese agricultural brands have kicked off the Chinese Culture Palace Agricultural Brand Week during the ongoing Expo 2020 Dubai, as domestic companies try to use the opportunity to reach more consumers in foreign markets.
The events are divided into five sections: Showcasing products from traditional-culture-embedded agricultural brands, brands that have local characteristics, brands that boost regional economic development, leading agricultural brands, and well-developed green food brands.
A plan to discover values of the cultural heritage in the agriculture sector was also released during the Chinese Culture Palace Agricultural Brand Week.
Zong Zhiquan, head of the Chinese Culture Palace, said the palace has been set up during the Expo 2020 Dubai to promote Chinese culture to the world's stage through introducing culture, companies, and products that have Chinese characteristics.
Liu Xinmiao, director of the organizing committee of the Agricultural Brand Week, said the events are designed to promote communication and cooperation in the agriculture sector on a global scale through the platform of Expo 2020 Dubai.
