Video: China vows to do utmost on climate goals

China's special climate envoy, Xie Zhenhua, said the nation will "fight its hardest" to achieve emissions targets and neutrality goals during the coming decades. Xie made the remarks on Tuesday during an online news conference ahead of his trip to COP26 in Glasgow.
