Xi's article on inspiring Party with revolutionary resources to be published

BEIJING -- An article by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on utilizing revolutionary resources to educate the Party will be published on Friday.

The article by Xi, also Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will be published in this year's 19th issue of the Qiushi Journal, a flagship magazine of the CPC Central Committee.

Sites and heritage related to the history of the CPC witnessed the arduous but glorious striving of the Party, hence the most precious spiritual wealth, says the article.

The article stresses efforts to guard well the country established by the revolutionary martyrs, make sound development, and work hard for new achievements that can live up to the expectations of the revolutionary forefathers, stand the test of time and are worthy of the people.

The educational efforts should inspire the whole Party to follow the guidance of Marxism, uphold ideals and convictions, and stick to the glorious revolutionary traditions, says the article.

The article calls on each and every Party member to make their due contribution to building an even stronger Party.
