Shandong fruit farmers receive govt support

Farmers at Huimin county, Shandong province have seen a good harvest of fruits this year. These days, they are busy picking apples, pears and grapes.

As a way to enrich farmers, the county government is supporting farmers to develop the fruit and vegetable industry via measures including upgrading infrastructure, training farmers with fruit growing skills and developing rural tourism using picking fruits to attract visitors.
