At the invitation of the French government, Premier Li Keqiang will address the opening ceremony of the seventh World Conservation Congress via video in Beijing on Sept 3, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Wang Wenbin said on Sept 2.

The theme of the congress, co-hosted by the French government and the International Union for Conservation of Nature, is "One Nature, One Future".
