4 missing after S China offshore working platform tilts

Sixty-one people have been relocated and four are missing after an offshore working platform tilted off the coast of Huizhou, South China's Guangdong province, on Sunday morning, according to alocal authority.
Sixty-five people were on the platform, Shengping 001, which is for an offshore wind power project, and some fell into the sea after it tilted, according to the Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration.
The platform has been stabilized and more than 30 vessels and a helicopter are working to rescue the missing people.
