The United Kingdom's Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Thursday that the British warship, HMS Defender, had been acting legally in international waters after Russia said its warship fired warning shots and a warplane dropped bombs in the Black Sea Wednesday to force the British warship out of an area near Crime.
