HK legal expert cautions against BNO passport

Alan Hoo, a senior counsel and chairman of the Basic Law Institute of Hong Kong, said he felt sorry for BNO passport holders who were "lured" to the UK as "second-class citizens", citing his unpleasant experience when living in the UK.
