Artist Liu Zhong has recently completed his grand painting on pandas in ice and snow sports. The 202.2-meter-long and 1-meter-wide painting illustrates 109 events of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. The work features more than 5,000 pandas, serving as the "athletes" and "audience".

Liu is well-known for depicting pandas through Chinese paintings and is a member of the board of directors of the China Artists Association. According to him, "Through these lovely pandas, I hope to popularize ice and snow sports, and hope that more people will pay attention to and participate in ice and snow sports."
