11 dead, 19 injured after truck-bus collision in East China


At least 11 people died and 19 others were injured in a truck accident at Shenyang-Haikou Highway's Yancheng section in Jiangsu province on Sunday morning.
The accident happened at around 1 am, as the truck crossed the fence along the middle of the road and crashed into the passenger bus, causing the latter to overturn as well as the rear-end collision of another two trucks in line.

The dead include seven from the passenger bus, two from the truck that crossed the fence, and two from the two trucks in the rear-end collision.
The Ministry of Public Security has dispatched a working team to the spot for investigation.
Wu Zhenglong, Jiangsu's governor, has reached Yancheng to organize the rescue work and investigate the accident.
