Jiangsu intangible art exhibition kicks off culture and tourism year

On Jan 27, the news conference announcing the opening of the "2021 Happy Chinese New Year – Jiangsu Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition" was held at the China Cultural Centre in Sydney.

The event, which also marked the launch of Jiangsu Culture and Tourism Year, was co-hosted by the China Cultural Centre in Sydney and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. More than 40 guests attended the event.

Xiao Xiayong, director of the cultural centre, said 2021 is the year of cooperation between the China Cultural Centre in Sydney and East China's Jiangsu province. "We hope to bring the greetings of Chinese New Year to Australia," Xiao said.
