Rural pupils in Hebei receive in-line skates

Distribution ceremonies were held at another five primary schools in the province.
The bureau used more than 20 million yuan ($3 million) this year to buy over 100,000 pairs of in-line skates and will hand them out to about 1,700 primary schools in the province's rural areas, it said.
