Foreign Ministry spokesman congratulates Biden, Harris

Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin on Friday extended congratulations to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, saying China respected the choice of the American people. He told the regular press briefing China understands the presidential election result will be determined following the US laws and procedures.
