President Xi to attend 20th SCO summit via video link

President Xi Jinping will attend the 20th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Beijing on Tuesday, and will deliver a speech, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said on Wednesday.
The meeting, organized by Russia, the rotating chair of the regional body, will be held through video link, Hua said.
