Exhibition marking Pudong's 30th anniversary launched

The Art Exhibition of Pudong was launched at the China Art Museum in Shanghai's Pudong New Area on Oct 29.

Organized by the Publicity Department of Pudong New Area Party Committee, the 5,000-square-meter exhibition commemorates the 30th anniversary of Pudong's development and opening up.

The exhibition, which will run for a month, is composed of three chapters and displays paintings, photography, sculptures and multimedia interactive scenes that depict urban development and reform.

"In order to celebrate Pudong's birthday, this exhibition not only condenses the memory of time and the vision of space, but also gathers the participation of the people," said Huang Wei, director of the culture, sports, and tourism bureau of Pudong New Area.
