Autumn brings full color to NE China's Liaoning coast

Every autumn, a kind of seaweed known as Suaeda salsa growing on the coast of Panjin, Northeast China's Liaoning province, changes color from green to reddish purple, giving an unusual red tint to the marshlands. Golden rice paddy fields and green reed beds near the "red beach" in this season make the coastal area look more colorful and attractive to visitors.
