Asian Beach Games Sanya 2020 postponed to 2021

The 6th Asian Beach Games, originally slated for November 28 to December 6 this year in Sanya, China, has been postponed to April 2021.

"In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Olympic Council of Asia, the Chinese Olympic Committee and the Sanya Organizing Committee have reached a consensus on the postponement of the 6th Asian Beach Games," the Sanya Organizing Committee for the Asian Beach Games said in a statement.

The name of the Games "6th Asian Beach Games Sanya 2020" and the logo of the Games will remain unchanged.
