Luoling township, located at the headwaters of Luohe River in Henan, is a national-level poverty-stricken county. But it also has pristine natural scenery and a long history.

Guo Aihe, a Luoyang ceramics master, accidentally drove to the county in the spring of 2013 and decided to renovate the village with his team in 2015.

This video tells the story of how he built this county into a top art community in China, and helped the village rise from poverty.

This video is the 14th in our series, The Flaming Happiness.
