Uzbekistan announces second lockdown as COVID-19 cases rise

TASHKENT - Uzbekistan introduced second lockdown from July 10 to August 1 in an effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the country's Special Republican Commission to Combat Coronavirus said on Wednesday.
