Hong Kong business leader Vincent Lee Kwan-ho said it is ironical that the United States, a known victim of terror attacks, has hindered China's efforts to defend against terrorism with the national security law for Hong Kong.
In the second epsiode of a two-part video series, Lee, chairman of financial conglomerate Tung Tai Group and a former independent non-executive director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd., cautioned that sanctions over the issue will draw countermeasures and hurt the interests of the US.
