Foreigners enjoy activities during Dragon Boat Festival

On Wednesday in the small courtyard of Yiqu village in Xiaojin town in the Xifeng district of Qingyang, Gansu province, 16 foreigners from 10 countries took part in various activities to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival, including collecting wormwood leaves, knitting lucky rings, learning to embroider sachets, weaving flower ropes, making zongzi and frying oil cakes. This was to experience the traditional folk customs associated with the festival.
