The Wuxi International Life Science Innovation Campus (I·Campus) is set to hold an online seminar on April 2 to discuss sustainable development in the post-COVID-19 era.

Leading figures from the life science industry, relevant institutes, and government sectors in both China and the UK will be invited to share their insights into the macro-influence of the epidemic on the life science industry, companies' responses, and new opportunities that may arise in the post coronavirus era.

In the face of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there have been global concerns about economic growth, import and export constraints, investment and financing risks, consumer market confidence, public health, and employment.

During the fight against the novel coronavirus, China has seen a change in both lifestyle and industry, which in turn has nurtured potential business opportunities.

Experts predict that the impact of the epidemic on China's annual economic growth remains controllable and that the fundamentals of China's long-term economic growth have not changed and solutions have been formulated to deal with the adverse impact of the outbreak. These solutions are expected to be shared with struggling Chinese enterprises and their foreign counterparts at the online seminar.
