Outpouring of support appears online for hard-working Wuhan doctor

"Wuhan, my river city, I love you and have something to ask for -- I want you to be safe and happy in the years to come." On March 13, a "love" letter to Wuhan penned by a Chongqing medic went viral online.
The writer, Wang Yue, is a doctor from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and a member of the eighth Chongqing medical team working in Wuhan to fight COVID-19. She got the idea to commemorate her team's 30th day at Wuhan No.1 Hospital, after arriving on Feb 13.
"I took off protective clothing after work. I let my tears flow quietly for a while when the water washed my face with red prints from the mask. I think you have seen me crying, because on my way back that day, there was sunshine on me all the time," Wang wrote.
Surprisingly, an anonymous Wuhan resident replied to Wang's letter later the same day.
