Legislator: Laws needed to curb HK separatism

        Pro-independence activities in Hong Kong should be controlled through a systematic set of laws, Hong Kong SAR Basic Law Committee member and legislator Priscilla Leung Mei-fu suggested. Leung made the remarks in the wake of a spate of anti-government and separatist activities beginning in June.
