Spain's Sanchez wins investiture vote to be PM

MADRID - Socialist Party leader Pedro Sanchez won in Tuesday's second investiture vote to be returned to office as prime minister of Spain.
Sanchez won with 167 votes in favor, 165 against and 18 abstentions, to claim a simple majority needed to return to power.
