World's top five most attractive cities for digital talent

Shanghai and Shenzhen are among the world's top five most attractive cities for digital talent, according to a report by Tsinghua SEM and Center for Internet Development and Governance.

The scale of the digital talent pool in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area－three major city clusters in China－has also grown rapidly in recent years, the report said.
