Grace Chen couture brand celebrates 10th anniversary

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Grace Chen couture brand, a fashion show themed "The Perfect Woman 2020" kicked off at Park Hyatt Beijing on Dec 21.

Haute couture collections featuring silk, hand-knitted clothing, tassels and a variety of silver decorations that are usually included in the festive attire of Mao ethic group were unveiled at the show.

Over the past one decade, the Shanghai-based couturier Chen Yehuai, also known as Grace Chen, has made a name for herself by dressing China's political and business elite, as well as artists and entertainers, most of whom are women. Her fashion visions also have spread to other countries through overseas trunk shows and the runway.
