Chongqing school adds Chinese opera to morning exercise

Recently, students at Chongqing Southern Rose City Experimental Primary School staged a special morning exercise. Dressed in costumes of Chinese opera, they performed the exercises combined with opera moves while singing the songs.

"The school hopes that the students can learn and feel the charm of Chinese opera in various ways," said headmaster Xu Jing.

"They really enjoy the special morning exercise combined with traditional opera elements," said Xu.
