Ski competitions ongoing in Zhangjiakou

As this year's snow season has arrived, a series of ski competitions have kicked off in Chongli district, Zhangjiakou, North China's Hebei province, which will co-host the 2022 Winter Olympics together with Beijing.

The 2019-2020 Thaiwoo International Ski Federation (FIS) Freestyle Ski Moguls World Cup was just held from Dec 14 to 15 at Thaiwoo, one of the major ski resorts in Chongli. The district has hosted the competition for the fourth consecutive year, according to the resort.

Participating in the competition were more than 100 skiers from 15 countries and regions, including China, the United States and Canada.
