A volunteer teaches an elderly man how to use a smartphone at a facility in the Yubo community in Cixi, Zhejiang province, on Sunday. Volunteers have been visiting local communities in Cixi every month this year to teach seniors how to perform internet-related tasks, such as how to use WeChat, shop online, check transportation information or pay water and electricity bills via the Web.
