EU Foreign Affairs Council to hold a meeting

The EU Foreign Affairs Council (Trade) meeting will take place in Brussels on Nov 21. The council will discuss the state of play of the World Trade Organization reform and have a policy debate on the implementation of free trade agreements.

EU ministers will prepare for the next WTO ministerial conference, which will be held in June 2020, in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

In addition, ministers will also have an opportunity to discuss recent developments in EU-US trade relations.

Under any other business, the European Commission will present the results of the 2019 Eurobarometer survey on international trade.
