Lam focuses on housing, welfare in 3rd Policy Address

To tackle deep-seated social issues, Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor has made housing and livelihood the focus of her third Policy Address delivered at a time when Hong Kong is buffeted by an economic downturn and civil unrest.

Picking her favorite color, sky blue, for the cover of the printed copies of her speech, Lam urged people to work together for a brighter future.
