Sip into winter

Sip wine bar and restaurant has launched its autumn and winter menu, focusing on creative Western cuisine and wine pairings. Honeydew melon, green grape and almond soup with Iberian ham is a fresh starter, and the roasted Norwegian cod with black-garlic cuttlefish sauce is a must-try. The meal can be finished with a dessert of snow-pear chocolate fondant with berries.
