It's no great surprise to Angus Black, once the youngest chartered engineer in the UK, that China has made many seemingly impossible things possible in recent decades.
He came to China in 1990, not knowing what the country was like or where its future would lead.
Yet after he arrived, he was astounded not only by how smart and efficient the people were, but also how fast the country has developed, especially in science and technology.
