Chinese cities where Merkel left footprints and forged friendships

Hangzhou, September 2016

Merkel attended the G20 Summit in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, and met with President Xi Jinping after the conclusion of the summit.

Merkel congratulated China on the success of the summit, adding that the theme and results were echoed by the vision of the Hamburg summit.
