International mountain bike marathon held in Changchun

The annual international mountain bike marathon competition kicked off in the Jingyuetan National Scenic Area in Changchun, Northeast China's Jilin province on Sunday, the fifth year in a row the event has been held in this city.

As China's first mountain bike marathon competition, this year's event attracted nearly 1,000 competitors from China and 27 countries and regions, including Italy, Russia, Sweden, and the UK.

It featured three events: a 60-kilometer time trial, 30-kilometer time trial and a 2-kilometer mini competition.
