One Meal, two branches

 

One Meal restaurant launched its second branch in Beijing in June, providing northern-style homemade dishes. Bread soaked in fish-head soup is one signature dish, and each day the fish are delivered live from Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Stewed abalone and chicken's feet is another highlight. The soy sauce gives the dish its color, both ingredients are abundant with collagen and their flavors infuse in each other.
