Premier Li confirmed the opening-up of China, improving the laws and rules for investment and stamping out infringements on products and IP. He set a very clear direction on globalization and the continuation of improving China's economy. He was keen to set a level playing field for all companies.

China has been very successful in creating huge growth and developing infrastructure. Continuing the growth ambition and the migration path to a more consumer-based economy is important.
