Belt and Road forges new path to attract International talents
Six years into its development, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is more celebrated as a resounding call for advancing and rebalancing globalization, forging a new pathway to attract international talents and towards inclusive globalization that delivers widely-shared benefits.
The "Belt and Road" International Talent Development Forum was held in Beijing on June 23. Representatives of international organizations, diplomatic envoys, business associations, and relevant experts and scholars from 15 different countries attended this event and discussed the cooperation opportunities brought about by the "Belt and Road Initiative" international talent exchange.
Zhu Shilong, secretary general of the Asia-Europe Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology spoke highly of the Belt and Road Initiative International Talent Development Fund. "It supports the joint training of talents in various countries and boosts the mechanism for multilateral cooperation, and the shared establishment of a "community of destiny."
At the forum, Liu Jiaqi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, shared the achievements of scientific and technological innovation in promoting exchanges and cooperation and promoting local economic development in recent years, with special emphasis on combining scientific and technological innovation with Belt and Road Initiative's strategy,
Scientific innovation is also integrated in the cooperation between the countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative. Liu Jiaqi, academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, shared the achievements of scientific and technological innovation in promoting cultural exchanges and local economic developments.
Lu Dezhang, deputy director of the standing Committee of Binzhou Municipal People's Congress talked about Binzhou's unique advantages on the international talent exchange of "Belt and Road Initiative.
He mentioned that Binzhou has established economic and trade cooperation with 166 countries and regions, 473 trade enterprises with countries and regions involved in the 'Belt and Road Initiative', 13 listed enterprises at home and abroad and 150 foreign enterprises.
