The Shanxi Brands Silk Road Tour, an annual economic and cultural promotion event, went to Russia on April 22. 

The Russian part of the tour consists of four economic and trade meetings, four investment matchmaking meetings, 13 sister-city meetings, and a number of business visits in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Shanxi will promote its advanced manufacturing industry, mineral resources, metallurgy, chemicals, environmental protection achievements, new materials, cultural tourism industry, medicine, modern logistics, and food processing sectors at the economic and trade meetings.

In addition, 17 Shanxi companies will exhibit over 200 products related to mining machines, coal motors, transportation, testing, and environmental protection at MiningWorld Russia 2019 in Moscow from April 23 to 25.

After leaving Russia, the Shanxi Brands Silk Road Tour will visit Helsinki and Turku in Finland and Stockholm in Sweden.
