Fire breaks out near Northeast China mountain

SHENYANG - A fire broke out on Wednesday afternoon near Qipan Mountain in the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang, local authorities said.
At about 3:30 pm, firefighters were still battling the blaze, according to a person in charge of fire-fighting efforts.
