Reception held for diplomats in Beijing

A reception was hosted by the Beijing Housing Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions in Beijing on March 21. Ambassadors from over 30 countries including Algeria, Maldives and Tajikistan attended the event. Nearly 400 diplomats and senior representatives from over 120 countries who work at embassies and international institutions in Beijing were also present at the event.

Yuan Weimin, director-general of the Beijing Service Bureau, delivered a welcome speech to all the guests. He stressed China's diplomatic landscape will be more vibrant in the future, and the bureau would further improve services and strive to promote more cooperation and exchanges between diplomats.
