Beijing Civil-Military Integration Expo 2019 will be held from May 6 to May 8, aiming to be a platform facilitating the trade of dual-use products.

The expo will display a wide range of products for both military and civil uses, such as marine equipment, unmanned vehicles, communications systems, and network security products.

Meanwhile, a series of forums will he held, including a keynote one discussing international cooperation opportunities in civil-military integration, especially between China and countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.

"We aim to build the expo into a platform facilitating the communication and trade — both internal and external—with regard to dual-use products," Wang Ying, general manager of China Electronics International Exhibition Advertising Co Ltd, one of the hosts of the expo, said at a news conference on Tuesday.

Other hosts of the expo are China National Electronics Import & Export Corp, CETC International Co Ltd, and Poly Defense Research Center.

The expo will be held at China International Exhibition Center (Jing'anzhuang Mansion) in Beijing from May 6 to May 8.
