5.2-magnitude quake hits off Taiwan: CENC

BEIJING -- A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted a sea area near Hualien county, Taiwan, at 13:21, Beijing Time, Wednesday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 23.77 degrees north latitude and 122.43 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 20 km, the center said.
