Bottega branch has new brunch menu
The Xinyuanli branch of Bottega is launching a new brunch menu that it serves on weekends only. Frittata Rustica, which is baked Japanese egg with spaghetti, bechamel, spinach, ham, pancetta and brie cheese, is the must try as it is rich in cheese and the tender baked egg melts in the mouth. The ham and spinach also add flavor to the dish. A seafood bisque of prawns, clams, mussels, scallops and sea bass is served with crispy garlic bread. The homemade cannelloni pasta with pork and beef ragu is also worth trying.
