Former Shaanxi Party chief under investigation

BEIJING - Zhao Zhengyong, former Party chief of northwest China's Shaanxi province, is being investigated for suspected serious violations of Party disciplinary rules and laws, according to the country's top anti-graft body Tuesday.
Zhao is being investigated by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission.
