Chongqing female motorcyclist's euro tour goes viral
Videos of Zou Kunshan traveling in Europe on motorbike are going viral on Chinese social media platform Douyin, with viewers amazed by her courage and chic look.
"I am actually a green hand in motorcycling," said the 29-year-old from Chongqing in Southwest China. "I have been riding it for only a year."
"So I get a lot of attention and help from other riders," said Zou.
In August, she went to London to attend a friend's wedding. Before the trip, she decided to try something new – traveling around Europe by motorbike.
"Riding on motorbike, I will be immersed into the scenery," she said. "It would be a very unique travel experience."
She rented motorbikes from local car rental services with her translated driving license. It cost about 600 yuan (US$87) to rent a motorbike for a day. In France and Italy, motor biking was her only mode of transport.
"It was very convenient to park, especially in crowded areas," she said.
She is now planning to ride to Tibet next year.
