In China, breast cancer incidence is not only twice the global average, but the patients are also much younger than their counterparts in Western countries.

According to Yu Keda, an oncologist of breast cancer with Fudan University’s Shanghai Cancer Center, professional women aged between 45 and 55 in China have the highest breast cancer incidence rates, which is one out of every 500 people.

“Every action counts, and it all starts from discovering the problem as early as possible,” said Yu.
