China sweeps gold in intl police pistol shooting championship

Sandro L. Dirckx, Secretary-general of the organization, said Guangdong police organized a very successful event that helps promote exchanges and cooperation for police around the world. Gao Mengni, a police officer from Beijing, said she was glad to be able to represent the country to participate in the championship because she had an opportunity for learning and exchanging with police from other countries and regions.

The championship was hosted by Union Sportive Internationale Des Polices and the Ministry of Public Security, and was organized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Public Security. The next event will be held in Italy.

The first event was held in Hungary.
